If you're happy with Stackable, and you want to take the next step and move up to Stackable Premium, here are some FAQs that you might also be wondering about. 🧐
Is this a subscription service?
No, Stackable Premium is not a subscription service. You can enjoy lifetime use of the Premium features (even after your license expires), but access to Premium updates and one-on-one support will only be available if you have an active license. You will need to renew your license to continue getting updates and support after your annual license expires.
Can I use Stackable Premium in WordPress multisite?
Yes you can, but it depends on your premium plan. Stackable counts each site in a multisite as one website. Each site in a multisite counts as one entry in your plan.
You will need to activate your license key for every site in your multisite as well. There is currently no way to automatically activate license keys across multiple sites.
What happens after I purchase?
After purchasing we will send your copy of the Stackable Premium plugin along with your license key via email
You will also have access to your account by logging in wpstackable.com/account/
Can I Upgrade My Current License After Purchasing One?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your current license anytime.
When upgrading, the expiration of your annual license would renew from the current date of purchase, and the purchase price would be a prorated price, (computed based on the number of unused days in your current plan).
For example, if your initial purchase of Stackable Premium was in January, then you decided to upgrade to a higher plan mid-year on July, the following things would happen:
- your license's expiration date would now be on July the next year (originally it was January),
- since you still have half a year left from your previous plan, half of the price of your original plan would get deducted from price of the plan you're updating to.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Yes, we have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with Stackable Premium or have an issue that we are unable to resolve within 14 days of purchase, we will happily consider offering a 100% refund of your money.
