I cannot access the “Contact Us” page

If you cannot access the “Contact Us” page in the Stackable Settings, make sure you have a user role with manage_options capability.

If you have an administrator role, it's not always guaranteed you have the manage_options capability. Sometimes it's possible that there is a setting or another plugin that can override the capability and remove it.

This is the only restriction we have on whether or not the "Contact Us" page is visible.

You can also check if you have a plugin that removes admin screens.

In any case, you can also contact us through the Support section in your Stackable account if you need to reach us.
